Legal Regulations Information on the Used Oil Ordinance: As a dealer, in connection with the distribution of combustion engine and gearbox oil according to the Used Oil Ordinance, we are obligated to inform our customers as follows:
After use, the oil must be disposed of at a used oil collection point! Improper disposal of used oil endangers the environment! Any admixture of foreign substances such as solvents, brake and coolant fluids is prohibited!
If you are a consumer within the meaning of §13 BGB, you can return used oil in the maximum quantity purchased from us free of charge to our warehouse (TTW-Offroad, Gewerbering 1, 25469 Halstenbek) or send it to us. This also applies, by analogy, to oil filters and oil-containing waste regularly generated during oil changes.
If you send such waste or used oil to us, please observe the transport regulations of the shipping company you have commissioned; oil is considered hazardous material! Ensure a leak-proof packaging.

Information on the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Ordinance: Act on the placing on the market, the take-back, and environmentally sound disposal of electrical and electronic equipment (Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act - ElektroG)

Please dispose of old devices, as required by law, at a municipal collection point, or return them free of charge to local retailers. Disposal in household waste is expressly prohibited according to the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Ordinance! You can return devices received from us free of charge after use by sending them adequately stamped by post to the address indicated in the legal notice. Old devices containing pollutants are marked with the symbol of a crossed-out dustbin. You will also find these instructions again in the accompanying documents of the consignment or in the manufacturer's operating instructions.
Battery Disposal Instructions: In connection with the sale of batteries or the delivery of devices containing batteries, the seller is obliged to inform you of the following: As an end user, you are legally obligated to return used batteries. You can return batteries after use to the seller or at designated collection points (e.g., municipal collection points or at retailers) free of charge. You can also send the batteries adequately stamped by post to the seller. Battery/accumulator returns should be addressed to: TSG Terschlüsen Sicherheitssysteme GmbH Gewerbering 1 25469 Halstenbek The symbols depicted on the batteries have the following meaning:
• Pb = Battery contains more than 0.004% by weight of lead • Cd = Battery contains more than 0.002% by weight of cadmium • Hg = Battery contains more than 0.0005% by weight of mercury.
The symbol of the crossed-out dustbin indicates that the battery must not be disposed of in household waste.
