How to return an order? Easy! Just follow this step-by-step guide, and there will be no obstacles to your return.

Step 1: Check the return deadline First, check if your order is still within the 30-day return period. If you're unsure, no problem, we'll verify it when processing your return request.

Step 2:  Simply fill out your return form included in the package and send the parcel back to the following address:

Do you need a return label? That's not a problem either. Just send us a message at info@ttw-offroad.com requesting a return label, and our team will promptly send one to you.

Step 3: Pack the shipment Please ensure a sturdy outer packaging to avoid transport damage. Also, make sure to include the return slip visibly inside the package. This helps us quickly and easily locate your order in our system.

Step 4: Attach the shipping label to the package Make sure to deactivate or remove any other shipping labels to prevent any errors during scanning by the courier. You can simply place the new label over the original one so that it's no longer visible.

DONE!

The return shipping costs are estimated at €19 and will be deducted directly when crediting your return.
